The Introduction to Rock Climbing course is perfect for anyone wanting to give climbing a try!  I will provide equipment, all you have you do is come along and have fun.  No previous experience is necessary but the course is equally great for those who have climbed a bit before.  On the day we will visit one of the UK’s many fantastic beginner cliffs and climb as much as you can manage!  There will also be the opportunity to have a go at abseiling.
